Saint Croix Creation Center

In the 1990s and early 2000s Pastor Schoen was busy traveling to schools, churches and home school groups, offering Creation and Dinosaur Presentations.  He realized that there were no Christian churches that had visible Creation based education that answered the many questions people have concerning the early chapters in Genesis.

In 2001 – 2002 Shepherd of the Valley mission church remodeled an old lumberyard into a church facility.  Pastor Schoen requested that a portion of the fellowship area be set aside for a future creation center.  Thanks to a $10,000.00 mission project grant by the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League, the concept began to take shape.

We have a new Noah's Ark Float that will encourage people to come visit our Creation Center as well as our Church on Sunday mornings.  (Here they are lining up for our first parade in Lindstrom, MN)

St. Croix Creation Center  - St. Croix Falls, WI

In 2007 a set of  four 10 foot long banners displaying the first 2000 years of Biblical history were placed on the south side of the future Creation Center. This picturesque timeline illustrates the Creation Center’s themes which are:  Creation, Curse, Cure, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion and Cold.   Display cases were soon to follow.

After Several more years and by God’s grace, donations made it possible for the St. Croix Creation Center to become a reality.  By 2017 the Church and the community are pleased to see that the St Croix Creation Center is near completion.  Our mission is to proclaim the absolute truth and authority of the entire Bible including the Book of Genesis and to equip Christians to defend their faith with boldness.
